Return and refund policy

We accept returns. Returns must always be agreed upon in advance.
Any return sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
We only accept returns from customers who inform us in advance about how many sheets of wallpaper are left, so we can determine how many packages will be refunded, and who provides a valid tracking number.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

You must provide us with the tracking number of your return shipment ( wallpapers4@qualityservice.com ).
Returns without tracking will not be accepted.

We will check the returned package and process the refund (return shipping costs are excluded).
The refund does not include the original shipping costs we incurred to ship your order (if shipping was free for you, this cost will be deducted from the total).
For international returns, any import duties, customs fees or related costs incurred upon return to Italy will be deducted from the refund.
We advise you to use a fast shipment, which allows the package to arrive in Italy within a month. After one month, we cannot guarantee a refund for accounting reasons.

Samples

The samples are meant to show what our wallpaper looks like, so they are non-refundable and cannot be accepted for return.

Custom orders

Custom orders cannot be accepted for return and are non-refundable as they are not part of our collections.
