We accept returns. Returns must always be agreed upon. So we only accept returns from those who have told us exactly how many sheets of wallpaper are left to communicate how many packages will be refunded and who will provide us with the tracking number.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will check the box and we will send you the refund (shipping costs for the return excluded). The refund doesn't include the shipping costs incurred by us to ship the order (if for you they were free we deduct them from the total).
We advise you to use a fast shipment, which allows the package to arrive in Italy within a month. After a month we can not guarantee a refund for accounting matters.


The samples are meant to show what our wallpaper looks like, so they are non-refundable and cannot be accepted for return.

Custom orders

Custom orders cannot be accepted for return and are non-refundable as they are not part of our collections.
